CDL Physicals (DOT)

A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination is conducted by a licensed “medical examiner.”

You can get your DOT card now! We request that the necessary paperwork be completed at the time of the visit. Please make sure that you have proper identification i.e. driver’s license. If you have any medical history i.e. hypertension or diabetes, please bring a list of your medications.

During your physical, you are welcome to address any other medical concerns that you may have.
