Our mission is to provide you with the best patient care without the long waits associated with emergency rooms and overbooked primary care offices. We collect co-pays and bills at primary care physician rates so that your visit to our clinic will be less expensive when compared to a typical urgent care site or emergency room. While your primary care office might provide you with the best-personalized care, Walk-In Medical Care is committed to doing the same when your primary care is unavailable.

We are open all year round, seven days a week, 365 days a year, to care for all your non-life-threatening medical issues. We are a walk-in facility, no appointments are necessary, and on average, we will have you in and out in less than an hour.

Walk-In Medical Care

Walk-In Medical Care is an urgent care facility that provides prompt quality medical care with current, up-to-date medical treatments for acute care, located in Fairfax, VA. We are located across from the Fairoaks Mall, right next to the drive-thru Starbucks. We serve Fairfax, Centreville, Chantilly, Vienna, Herndon, Annandale, Reston, Falls Church, McLean, Ashburn, Sterling, and many other localities. We also can provide the normal primary care follow-ups and other routine services needed. Our facility is an alternative to high costing ER visits where you have to wait a long time. We typically have the patient in and out of the office within one hour. The pricing for our clinic is much lower than any emergency room, and we have great self-pay rates that are very competitive. We are here to do our best for the patient and their health. Our goal is for you to leave our facility confident that you received the best treatment possible with the best care available.

Walk-ins Welcomed

We welcome any walk-ins between 8 am and 7 pm every day. We also welcome all patients to come back to us for follow-up care and/or yearly physicals. The physicals can be scheduled ahead of time and are given priority when the patient comes in at that scheduled time. We also provide COVID testing where we can get results in less than 20 minutes. They are state-of-the-art PCR tests that have the most accuracy on the market. COVID is still running its course in parts of the nation, so if you have any COVID symptoms, you must get tested and stay isolated to prevent it from spreading further. We can also test for Flu and other illnesses if your COVID test results are negative. Knowing is half the battle and will help us determine what treatment is best for you at the time of your illness.

Walk-In Medical Care has many treatments and/or procedures.

There are many treatments and/or procedures that we offer, including, but not limited to, X-Rays, antibiotic injections, steroid injections, antihistamine injections, nebulizer treatments, ear washes, wound care, suturing, 11-panel drug screens, urine tests, flu/strep/mono/COVID instant testing, PPD skin testing, tetanus injections, bracing or casting limbs, same day school/sports physicals, oxygen treatments, IV fluids, minor burn care, draining abscesses, PAP smears, STD screenings, DOT physicals, EKGs, removing foreign objects, and a lot more. Walk-in Medical Care staff are very customer oriented and friendly.

We are here to take care of the patient with the best current medical knowledge and ensure that we do so to the best of our ability. We are very transparent with our pricing and billing and will always be honest with our patients. We never order medically unnecessary tests that do not pertain to your illness or without you requesting the particular service. Our physicians all have extensive medical knowledge and love seeing patients like you at our clinic. The same physician is in the office all day, and the doctor has a medical assistant helping them throughout the day. With a designated front desk receptionist, we can streamline care and make sure that the patient has the best experience possible, not only being seen as quickly as possible but also receive the best care possible.

We are very proud of our clinic and how we help our local community when in need. We even had COVID clinic days when the pandemic was at its worst. Now there is less need, so the testing is on a walk-in basis. We ask that you please call the office as you pull up outside so that we can keep staff and other patients safe. Telemedicine is also one of the luxuries we offer to patients who cannot come in physically to the clinic.
